What "remix" means in AI video
A remix is not an edit. Editing manipulates the pixels you have: cuts, colour, overlays. A remix regenerates: the original clip, its prompt and its settings become the starting point for a new generation with your change applied. The motion, framing and timing can be preserved while the subject, environment or style changes completely.
Because the output is new, remixes carry lineage. The original stays visible, its creator is credited, and chains of remixes can be followed in both directions.
